Ashish has worked on databases for over 12 years. For the last 5+ years, he's worked at Snowflake Computing, a cloud-based SQL analytics database, where he built various parts of the database and the service. He currently manages the FoundationDB development team at Snowflake, which has and is building a lot of cool features in FDB.
Prior to that Ashish worked in the Oracle database team, and build Oracle In-memory Scaleout and a document database from the ground up.
